At QRCost, we strive to deliver a seamless and satisfactory digital menu experience to all our customers. As a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, our return, refund, and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account dashboard or contacting our support team at support@qrcost.com.

• Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current subscription.

• Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds on any subscription or one-time payments already made, except in the following cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once, we will refund the duplicate amount.

• Technical Issues: If you were unable to access the service due to a confirmed technical issue on our end and have not used the service, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to our review.

To request a refund (if applicable), email us at support@qrcost.com within 7 days of the transaction date. Please include transaction details and the reason for the request.

3. No Return Policy

As QRCost offers a non-tangible, digital product, there is no return applicable. All sales are final once the subscription is activated.

4. Trial Period

If a free trial or demo version is offered:

• Users are encouraged to explore all features during the trial.

• No refund requests will be entertained for paid subscriptions after the trial ends.

5. Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment gateway, your account may be suspended pending resolution. Contact us directly before initiating any chargebacks—we're here to help resolve any issues quickly.
